Could you put 20k on the card to get the 40k points then simply withdraw the currency, effectively just using it for the bonus points?

Can you still get this card and be eligible for the 100k bonus points if your already holding an AMEX? Do you get a choice of which of the two cards you want (AMEX/MasteCard) or do you get both? I currently have a Velocity Platinum Card. Thanks!

Really? We're about to buy some points but hadn't heard this, do you know where this is listed? Can you top up directly from the Virgin website or do you need to call them? We've been trying to find the top up area on the website but can only find the points table and not how to top up...

Hi All, Having seen the new 75k Qantas FF black card with minimum $7500 first 3 months, I roughly pay that much in rent every 3 months and was wondering if anyone knows if you can pay rent and have those funds count towards the spend requirement? I have to pay my rent via Bpay. Seems a shame...
