Just a question about ambassador free night not posting. Received notice on ihg account today, saying it was a non qualifying stay 0 credits. Considering some accounts being closed, concerned about contacting them. Any ideas ?

What. What's happening. in Adelaide??? Hey the Intercontinental is a much friendlier place to stay. Their Club room staff are fantastic. Why bother being a Platinum member if you don't get any benefits??

Crowne Plaza Adelaide Got a upgrade to the next level category usual newspaper and late check out. Nice hotel with really friendly staff . Walking distance to many restaurant s bars and cafés

Thanks Plugster I have found Intercontinental Adelaide. good, always modify booking next day. Usually one category above. The club room staff are excellent . Not sure about Crowne Plaza thou.

Does anyone know if Intercontinental Adelaide or Crowne Plaza Adelaide. Honour their room upgrade policy for Ihg Platinum Ambassadors?
