Well i just got off the phone with Optus and they have advised me my account is blacklisted indetinately as they think its fraud. They have also advised me that the bank may also consider these transactions as fraud but BW have never contacted me or sent me an e-mail about the 1c transactions...

Did they unblock your account after you advised them you were gonna take them to the TIO? As i am in the same boat with my account blacklisted

Optus has blocked me from paying online. They suspect that i was a victim of fraud and now i have to go to a store and make payment

Can someone tell me how the whole Optus payment works in regards to Bankwest? Do i simply log into my Bankwest account and make lets say 50 1c payments via BPAY?
