Yep, got that letter this week as well. I had already closed my account though because Macquarie (who underwrites Jetstar's cars anyway) offered $99 annual fee for slightly better conditions, which was good before but a no brainer now!

Not in the letter, I didn't think they had to supply you with a reason. Should I give them a quick call to find out?

Filled in the app and had a call the next day asking for more information about my pay. Supplied and "in review" for a few days. Got my letter today - declined.

Called up to cancel platinum card. Operator said that fee would be waived with a change of product. Couldn't get me the diamond offer, so converted my account to gold and gave me bonus 5k points. Will see how it stacks up, but at fee free for another year, will likely retain it.

Yep, just got my letter. Changes effective in May. Lucky that's when I was going to cancel, and this all but confirms it now!

Was just looking at this. Very tempting, almost worth going in and making an account just to get this. Then I read this : "For each statement cycle a points cap of 3,750 Qantas Points applies when using either or both cards. Bonus points do not count towards the points cap." Bummer!

Met the criteria a few weeks ago and points were instantly credited (outside of the usual statement points). Very happy camper with this one! Now to look for new cards and more points. ;) There is.

After 6 months no points/credit arrived. Second call to CB, this time the rep said it should have been done within 90 days of meeting the conditions, and he can't see why it wasn't (confirmed I met the conditions) He is escalating to another team, but said it may take 5 days to get back to me...

I also had the same problems - both card and internet access code arrived at the same time (nice...) Couldn't login online. Phoned to activate, took 10(!) minutes then done. Had to call again and get the online code reset. Also reset my pin while I was there. Did a paywave successfully today, so...

Card arrived here today as well. Had the wrong postcode, but they fixed that over the phone yesterday. Just in time for me to scrap the HSBC card! Now to activate and make sure I'm enrolled in the QFF program...
