    I got this as well, but spend $200 and get 4000 points.. pretty easy as i'm loading up on the shampoo offer. each time get 2000 woolies points, plus I've been on triple points for that 4 weeks which end tomorrow.. So far I've got almost 14,000 QFF points coming from Woolies on June 15th.

    Qantas off shoring FF loyalty call centre

    The company that was outbid for the contract is Publicis Solutions/Loyalty. They run numerous call centres for other companies. They were well and truly undercut meaning around 80 jobs are gone. AKL will continue to operate mainly for Bronzies and Nonzies and some others.

    Great trip report, and I hope you find a new job soon. I'd be interested to know what the loads CBR-SIN and SIN-CBR were? It's great to have the flight, but it doesn't really connect with all that much at SIN apart from LHR. I've heard a few people say now long wait-connect times in SIN.
