Your QFF Program (Actual) Enhancements Wishlist

I would like to see "standby" facility available so FFs could catch any flight with any sort of seats available instead of having to wait in airports for the flight on which they have managed to find a seat. Also, I don't understand why FFs have to pay higher fees and taxes than customers...

    Heads up about program changes

As an infrequent Frequent Flyer could someone please explain what "MASA" stands for and how does it work?

Are some crew members unfit for duty?

I am more concerned with older - particularly female - flight attendants who would struggle to lift the emergency exit doors. Emirates and Global Explorer

Thank you Nellie for your very lucid explanation. As I will be travelling from Hamburg to Perth my solution is to use a Qantas ticket flying on Emirates aircraft. I think that should work okay.

    Emirates and Global Explorer

Thanks for your comments. However Alaskan Airlines can be used on a Global Explorer but not One World Round the world, as they are not a member of the One World Alliance. I am hoping the same will apply to Emirates eventually.

    G'day

Thank you. Apart from 20 years RAAF transport flying (1957 - 1977) I have travelled overseas approx every second year since 1992 and hope I may be able to help others through my experiences.

    Emirates and Global Explorer

I'm hoping to use Emirates on a Global Explorer (not One World Explorer) ticket in October. Does anyone know yet whether this is possible?
