An update after the trip. Had no issues with the cots provided during our stays. It was the same model in all 3 hotels. Metal framed, clean and with clean sheets/matress. Only tip is to take a cover, or baby sleeping bag as they are not provided. Thanks for your input on my query guys!

thanks for the info Simo. In case anyone has the same query in the future, I have manage to get answers from all three properties and they do provide them free of charge, you request them and the request added to your reservation.

Sheraton Singapore has just answered confirming completentary cot is available. Now awaiting Sheraton Towers Hong Kong and Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur.
