Back when DL and VA were friends, I was able to use the Delta Air Lines' Sky Club in concourse F at Hartsfield-Jackson airport in Atlanta. It has a "SkyDeck".

In 2006 I flew DXB-(BA J)-LHR-(BA J)-LAX-(QF Y)-SYD-(QF Y)-MEL
16,800 Miles. I "parked" a DONE4 in LAX.
Departed DXB ~2am, arrived in MEL 9pm 3 "days" later. The SYD-MEL segment was "international" - one of the old SYD-MEL-HKG routes.
There are some options, scroll through the thread above.

Not sure about recent, but last year in the company of P1/F PAX, we were certainly treated to off list items ...

Welcome to AFF. Sadly, it is something like this that brings you here - lets hope you can get your points back. How long ago did these points 'expire'?
See here for some guidance:

No, but they can buy concession fares. No weekend travel for free.
I have used my Victorian Seniors to obtain Seniors Travel cards for NSW, ACT, QLD & SA.
When compared to HBA? I would think it be economics and the number of PAX connecting so from MEL being generally much more than the number of such PAX from HBA.
An airfyer is basically a convection oven with rapid hot air movement.
Generally for efficiency, they are of small volume; I presume it's more marketing putting what is effectively a "rapid hot air" setting into a standard convection oven.
Actually they haven't. They have been a regular poster over the last decade. They did respond to a few clarification requests the day the thread was started.
There have been some reasonable responses in relation to your question; it seems you have your own plan.
Good luck with your plan.
Good luck with getting Qantas to successfully add the AS flights to a multiple segment awards booking without you having to eventually email...
How lucky do you feel? The worst place I have had disrupts in the USA is for ex SFO -fox and all that. I would not consider booking to arrive into LAX from there after 6pm - even on the same booking. QF12 would board 11pm that evening.
@kangarooflyer88 I would not bother.
It's not a "oneworld" award. So, as far as classic rewards go, AS to QF/AA is considered a change in award type* , so will be assessed as an extra "trip".
This means it would cost an extra 20K points per passenger irrespective of being on the same booking...
