Just wanted to see what I should be expecting as a new Platinum Charge cardholder in the initial "welcome" package. Was approved for the PC a few weeks back, and ended up waiting almost 2 weeks for delivery with no cards arriving. Followed up with AmEx who provided the DHL shipping waybills...
