Can anyone advise what happens when a bag exceeds the 140cm rule, does Bag Drop reject it and you a forced to pay some form excess luggage fee or does it get excluded and has to go as paid freight. Looking to buy a new 76cm Samsonite Cubelite which will OK for international but not domestic
