Thanks, I think I'll do that. Some other people earlier said their points weren't deducted for months but my cc hasn't had the taxes deducted either so it all seems a bit tenuous to me - even though I can see the booking in the profile.

My booking shows up in my profile but my cc has not been charged for taxes and I have not received E ticket, just an email with itinerary. It is three weeks now since I booked. I thought the cc payment would have gone through by now and don't know if I should ring them QFF and see what is going...

Thanks for the reply - most certainly a good idea. I was wondering if it is common for people not to actually received an E ticket before they fly and only have the itinerary as proof of booking. :)
