Amex complimentary flight is awesome. I had an Engineering reserve card, and book a flight for my friend from Syd to Per during eastern holiday. All done in 5 minutes. Amex service is the best that I have ever dealt,esp the platinum level. Now I have got a edge card as well. Will keep using it.
