We're there from 31st of December until the 7th.... Noticed that the hotel looks full...imagine paying $1000 per night to stay and having it rain every day. At least it will be relaxing....

i too was able to get Qantas to amend my flights after an involuntary flight change.

Checked into HSW today and was told that policy meant that they could not upgrade more than two levels above the room grade booked. Interesting to hear whether this was just a convenient statement or something they adhered to... Has anyone been successful in getting a two+ level upgrade in...

Well at least they didn't lose your booking! We tried checking in on Friday to be told that there was no booking. The confirmation number was recited and still no booking... A phone call to Reservations confirmed that the reservation did exist...and yes, we were at the correct property. No idea...

I agree with you....they probably will get confused if on separate pnr's. And they would have to ring up to get them linked so that they can sit together. Get them one voucher and then offer to make the booking for them when they are ready to use it. You will earn brownie points twice....

Love a surprise upgrade.... Checked in at kiosk for qf410 and discovered we had been upgraded to row 3.....off a $75 fare.

You can book them online....just enter the same arrival and departure date....but not sure that all hotels offer the day rate.

So I know that we got a cheap rate on this deal..and that Bora Bora is expensive....but just received an email regarding the "mandatory" dinner on 31st of December at a cost of circa $407aud per person. Excluding alcohol.... How can they make a meal mandatory???
