You must have met the same qantas business lounge staff member that I did, (whom I'm sure had never purchased a business class ticket themselves) similar experience, I was belittled for having a less expensive business class ticket. Was not impressed. Lucky it was only ground staff.

When travelling in Asia, you need to have it (the TP) on you at all times, maybe that's why they leave an extra?

Did you get the 35,00 points? I applied, approved August 2012, using both cards ever since, no 35,000 points ever given...still arguing with them, they never get back to me! Ombudsman here I come.
