I had a similar experience. When I qualified for platinum, (the day before) the next days boarding passes showed gold. Same as you, online showed platinum and points awarded at 100%. Will have to wait till next month to see if my new status is updated on my BP's

Bingo! - We've found the problem! Well, now I know for next time. So this then raises the question - book individual flight segments (with a $7.70 credit card fee!) or the inconvenience if calling QF to change if needbe. hmm.
