Hi Does anybody know the process to check-in at the club lounge at this hotel? We have stayed before but usually just check in down stairs but wanting to check-in and out in the club lounge this time? Will one of the staff from downstairs take us up there etc? Thanks

yeah my thought exactly- 5 hours with a one year old in a 737 no thanks! now have to chose between schedule vs plane for this route! Yeah i have a major dislike for the ex-jetstar buisness planes but love the new business suite so it is always tricky thanks for the help as always

thanks everyone yeah i didn't think i could do it we wanted to do per-sin economy and then sin-per business doing the one way sin-per was about 350-400 more expensive than booking it in return may have to book business both ways!!! thanks again for all the help :)
