There should be aeroplanes/flights just for children and their careers. Maybe an airline devoted to transporting children! That way they are all contained and can do what they like.

I flew Starclass to Hawaii and thought it was great. First row centre seats seemed to offer a little extra leg room and, yes, the entertainment system is clumsy. Access to Qantas Club paid off as flight was delayed by many hours. Return journey in Qantas Business was much better!

I empathise. It's almost a part-time job trying to make sense of the points. Strange odd amounts of points are dumped into my FF a/c that I still scratch my head and wonder at. No pattern is evident or emerging (I had futilely hoped one might over time). But at least my FF balance is growing...

I am so tickled to find a thread about pj's. I love my Akira pj's (J London to Syd 2007) - although they're the colour of a dead kangaroo, they're fantastic for lounging around. :D

I sent them an e-complaint today suggesting that they explain or label the points on the FF statement so that they can be reconciled. One would think as bankers that that kind of approach would be obvious and desirable! Therefore, I can only conclude it is purposeful obfuscation.

Thanks for that, and especially for the link to Westpac. It seems unreasonable to me that I should work so hard to get what they promised to give me! It's just bad business. Have also discovered other threads re problems and don't feel so alone, but still nonplussed and annoyed:shock:
