DXB undoubtedly most convenient for connecting with UK and European cities. Quick turnover with Emirates, staff always courteous and helpful.

Travelled Qantas since 1975, so great faith, we were Chairman's Lounge status. No more, alas. We have paid, non company, for 20'years and Qantas is bottom of he list for service, FF bookings etc.Emirates, Etihad and Singapore are so superior it's no competition.

Very sad but true. We fly Emirates now, better upgrades available, service - well Qantas needs a kick up the pants. Proud Australian but just not good enough, Mr Joyce.

Totally agree re pictures, scares the hell out if most hirers IME. I am really careful if the car is wet, covers a multitude of sins for the hiring company. Do they really think we are all so dumb? PR is invaluable, when will places like Hertz real use this?

Awful PR for Qantas but no surprise. Hardly worth the bad feeling and publicity one would think!
