    Qantas 787

Just finished reading on smh.com.au that QF may defer 787 deliveries due to the economic downturn. I have travelled a number of flights in the past week and noticed they didn't seem to be as full as previously and the QC lounges didn't seem to have the usual number of people in them. Odds on...

Virgin Blue paying cash for their fuel?

I was not insinuating they are paying cash for their fuel, I was simply asking the question. I now know the rumour is not true. Cheers flying1977

Virgin Blue paying cash for their fuel?

A friend of mine who works at Brisbane airport advised that Virgin Blue are having to pay cash by fuel. This is not good news if they are. Can anyone confirm?

Qantas donates $100,000 to bush fire appeal

Especially users on this website love to bag Qantas. If this was a negative Qantas thread, it would be over 5 pages of replies. Qantas is always fast to help out when there's a crisis.

Qantas donates $100,000 to bush fire appeal

The spirit of Australia helps out again when needed. Austrlaia is lucky to have such a great aussie icon and carrier. Let's see if other airlines are as generous as QF. I bet DJ won't be as generous About Qantas - Media Room - Media Releases

Velocity Offer 'that's out of this world'

Typical Virgin promo, offering really nothing... If they had something to offer, they would offer it now instead of making people wait. Velocity need to change their marketing team. QF will be getting all my points due to the fact it's much easier to use my points on QF and their huge number...

    2 for 1 QF int'l sale, book by 17/11 [extended: 19/11]

Re: QF 2 for 1 sale What great value from QF, there are plenty of seats discounted. Just booked two seats to Los Angeles for a total of $3058.00 for two of us.... Now thinking of booking to Frankfurt.... Thanks QF.... I bet this QF sale has caught the likes of EK and CX by surprise.:p

V Australia..any clue on delay to first flights

I would think that even though passengers would rather fly QF than V Australia, I don't think V Australia will move booked passengers onto QF. Virgin are always bagging QF, so hopefully this delay will teach them a lesson...

    A380 Arrival

There was the opportunity to chat to John Borghetti yesterday on qantas.com, did any get the chance? What a great idea, wish more airlines did this. Qantas Media Room

    A380 Arrival

Glad to see QF finally got their A380, it looks amazing. Qantas and Marc Newson have done a fabulous job with the interior design. I was surprised to hear that Qantas have considerably less seats on their A380 than both SQ and EK. Typical EK, packing them in like they do on their 777. I think...

QF generosity - Thank You very much

Thanks for sharing your good news with us. Most users on this website only write about negative reports, especially with QF. I have heard a lot of good reports on how well QF look after their top tier members. Like a lot of customer service areas at QF, their premium desk do a wonderful job...

V Australia Business Class and Premium Economy Products

Not very impressive, look as if Virgin have done them on the cheap. Virgin are going to find it very hard if they want to compete with QFs Skybed and Premium Economy superior product.

    horror experience with emirates

Doesn't surprise me at all. Emirates service levels are at a all time low. I have flown them twice in the past 18 months and had such a bad experience that I would never fly them again. Don't expect a reply from their customer service area as I am still waiting for mine that I sent 8 months ago...

    Experience with Qantas FF shop

Yeah, I am sure he will appreciate your story. I don't think he has ever written a positive article about Qantas Frequent Flyer. He must of missed out on getting award seats once and is still having trouble coming to terms with it...

    Experience with Qantas FF shop

I have found the Frequent Flyer shop to be of great value. I redeemed my points for a washing machine and it arrived within 7 working days. Also used my points to numerous Myer vouchers. Very impressed. :p And there is no annual fee. The FF store makes Virgins store laughable...
