I have a Westpac Altitude Card Mastercard and its 1pt:$1. (Silver class) But this card offers a free Westpac AmEx card with a 2pt:$1.
Westpac are also offering Altitude Travel - cojoining Qantas FreqFly points with Altitude pts.
My trouble is that I can't seem to find access to that service...
