Etihad Guest status match for Australian and Indian residents

They list all the service benefits for each partner and for some reason all KE benefits have been stopped for now
Yes, I am obtaining a refund as a result. I fronted up to the KE orifice in coughney. They had NO idea & advised me to contact both Airlines customer service lines... Eddiehadachance email reply was just a 'talk around' to keep my membership. StatusMatch have told me if no services have been used, I will be refunded.

Did you read up on the Guest program and airlines partners beforehand?
It’s quite clearly on the website and doesn’t try to hide it.
Personally I’d never purchase status or anything without reading up on the program beforehand.
I read through it and it just doesn’t seem worthwhile for me.

Etihad is also very stingy on crediting missing miles too! I tried to credit my Air NZ points to Etihad via the online form and failed to work because did not have boarding pass and contacted the customer support and after several back and forth provided everything (ticket number, flight details, confirmation itinerary), everything besides the boarding pass (Air NZ hates to issue e boarding passes for some reason) and my paper boarding passes were usedto buy the $5 near expiry chocolates on the arrival duty shop. Candy-wise, miles foolish. Lesson learnt!

I am happy to report that I have received a FULL refund. Korean Air had no idea about the access to their lounge. I actually fronted up to the coughney office. Etihad replied to my emails several time with 'spin' and nothing more.... anywhore, all sorted now. LoungePair is no longer able to offer access to The Club in Las Vegas so I got a refund for that too. 😛 lady let me in though. To date my experience with LoungePair, Etihad and AFF has been coughe 😆 but... you get that on the big jobs.

Could you please tell me when this changed? "Currently not offered" or something to that effect.

Were you flying on a KE marketed and operated sector or an EY-marketed KE operated sector ?

Lounge access is only for EY marketed and KE operated for lounge access.
It is the same setup for ANA and was the setup for NZ.

Etihad partners have different levels of partnership for frequent flyer benefits - like Velocity and the different offerings for VA status holders (no extra luggage if you fly QR, extra luggage if you fly EY...).
