Hi,

I’ve booked a one way domestic flight in USA on delta ( using my virgin points )

My question is will I have a bag allowance.

The info on the booking is conflicting

Thanks

TQ

No Serfty, we don’t.

But when booking it said economy reward gets 1 bag.
But not sure if that applies to Delta, or just the virgin flights

I would say no if you are booked in Y, as no DL revenue Y fares include a bag for non status customers.

Also, I do not see where the VA Y reward conditions say a bag is included for a DL flight. See example below.

I would think that you'll get the same allowance as a main cabin customer on DL - I.E. nothing and first bag is USD30. If you have status then you get the relevant allowance per medallion members on the DL website.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Yep, no free checked bags for you, if the itinerary only includes Delta domestic flights.

At least an award still gets free seat assignments, which the cheapest Delta revenue tickets (Basic Economy) don't even include anymore!
