Recently flown with MH in J back in Oct 2017. They lost my luggage. Obtained a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) immediately at the destination airport. No constant updates from them and no one answered the phone provided on the report. Emailed them countless time and no replies. Had to make several trip to the local airport to find out the status. And in the end had to fill in a missing baggage questionnaire form and sent to the stated email address. It has been more than a month now and still nothing from them. Sent my inquiry through their twitter and facebook account, got a generic will follow-up answer back. And have gone silence after i posted another message about no responses still. Called their customer service hotline and was told they don't handle missing luggage and refused to provide a relevant phone number and insisted that I should write to their customer care email. So now I am back Aust, put in a claim with my travel insurer but was told they need in writing from the airline that my bag is lost for good in addition to that i will need to produce proof of ownership and receipts of items in the bag.
So lesson learned....avoid MH.
