Hi

Anyone else experiencing this? I have had an EY booking in the system for a little while now and have been able to access it without an issue to play around with seats.

Tried to access it again this morning and am now getting a message saying bookings through agents (mine is corporate) must be managed through them and can't change seats online.

Not a great change :(

We have never been able to access seating etc. with the same message on the EY booking system which I wholeheartedly agree is very frustrating.
 
Is anyone else having points transfer issues with Etihad?
I transferred a substantial amount of FlyBuys points on the 1st of November, and am still yet to receive them in my Etihad Guest account.
I did a transfer from Amex on the same day, which I am also yet to receive, so I called Amex today and was told that the transfer was rejected by Etihad... they are reprocessing it now, so hopefully it will proceed this time.
I've transferred points many times in the past, so I'm thinking the recent changes might be affecting things?
