Just received full refund from Qantas for our cancelled flights. Received email about awaiting final action on 9th April, clicked the refund button on 11th April. 26th April Paypal notification of refund from Qantas.

Weird, they reversed the 20,000 points on my account too, which put me in -14,000 on QFF. Today they minus another 6000, but then re-added 20,000. So now my account is back to 0 QFF points. :)

Just got the same offer.. 2000 points for $30 spend WW online.. Thought I was reading it wrong at first.

I did actually tried a few times to book this as a JASA, but was constantly transferred around or the operator referring me to the website. Since I probably won't be able to retain the status anyway, I gave up and booked online instead. This was when Qantas just changed from online to phone.

Thanks for the quick replies guys, I thought that was the case. Guess we'll just wander around the airport in Hong Kong instead. Thanks all.
