I think it was open all day. The canapes if I recall right were supposed to be in 2 sittings 6PM and 7:30PM but we just turned up whenever it suited us and they had no issues serving us. I think if they were busy they might be a bit more strict about the 'slots'.

You can extract it yourself from the activity section; just have to filter the view so it just shows flights and not all other things like points transfers and so on.

Anyone else getting replies addressed to the wrong person? I submitted mine and got a unique 'code' in the subject. Now I've received another email addressed to another surname with a different 'code' in the subject. It's the same template email from the same person (Aina, might be a bot...)...

Queried them on Twitter; apparently because SA is now a Covid danger zone according to some states (probably mainly QLD affecting this) they have reduced staff able to crew the flights therefore they had to cancel a lot. :(

They're also changing a lot of bookings with short notice; I have had a flight tomorrow rescheduled today to later (which disrupts some planned work) and a flight back on Monday (SYD-ADL) rescheduled cutting short a day I had hoped to have more of in Sydney. Hope this isn't a sign of things to...

My theory or thought was that SQ losing their entire share of VA might have meant these relationships might have been temporarily suspended/disabled. Basically that is the only reason I saw a potential problem. Good point on the routes as well, thank you! :)

Well I ended up calling VA because I could not get data from their website with the SQ booking reference and my surname. VA confirmed on the call a few days before flight that my booking was in their system correctly and I was able to check in with no issues. So if you're sitting on a big KF...
