I tend to agree, my main beef is the response from the plat team and the inflexibility in waiving the 10cc, I moved from QF years ago because I was sick of the below average service. VA claim to be different, but there seems to be an equilibrium in they way they respond to their customers...

In J from Syd to Bris yesterday, and offered a sausage roll. Akin to a Mrs Macs that has sat in a BP warmer cabinet all day. J is becoming very disappointing to say the least

I'm asked if I want a fly ahead quiet often, however I do tend to travel Syd - Bris mid afternoon so there is plenty of seats. As a gold I was never asked.
