Thanks for replying. Just for timeframe reference, I received the points yesterday evening. All in all, it was around 1.5 days after the statement was issued. Looks like it's random when the points decide to hit your account.

Does anybody know how long it takes for the Velocity points to arrive? I can see from my Virgin Money account that the 60k bonus points have been transferred out but it has not hit my Velocity account yet. Do they hold it in a "points bank" somewhere? :rolleyes:

Good to see you take the plunge! 😆 Another thing that we struggled a lot were the slippery roads, esepcially after a heavy snowfall and when the ice started to melt. Do be careful. We will be back again this year but in October and with 2 young ones tagging along, will be a whole different...

Been there once and while the festivities made it nicer than usual, it was bloody cold. If you don't mind sub-zero freezing temperatures, go for it.

Tried 3 different cards, all failed so not a card problem. All have been used yesterday and today at different vendors. I should have asked the operator what the real issue was... 🤔

Yep tried this morning and had the same issue so I just rang them up. Didn't even need to ask to waive the fee as the operator said she would do it FOC, seems like it might have been a known problem *shrugs*

I have been trying for the past hour to redeem some reward flights from Singapore to Seoul on the website. Everything seems to be working fine right up to the payment page. After I enter my card details for the payment surcharge, I keep getting this annoying error... Has anybody encountered...
