Thanks for replying. Just for timeframe reference, I received the points yesterday evening. All in all, it was around 1.5 days after the statement was issued. Looks like it's random when the points decide to hit your account.

Does anybody know how long it takes for the Velocity points to arrive? I can see from my Virgin Money account that the 60k bonus points have been transferred out but it has not hit my Velocity account yet. Do they hold it in a "points bank" somewhere? :rolleyes:

Tried 3 different cards, all failed so not a card problem. All have been used yesterday and today at different vendors. I should have asked the operator what the real issue was... 🤔

Yep tried this morning and had the same issue so I just rang them up. Didn't even need to ask to waive the fee as the operator said she would do it FOC, seems like it might have been a known problem *shrugs*

I have been trying for the past hour to redeem some reward flights from Singapore to Seoul on the website. Everything seems to be working fine right up to the payment page. After I enter my card details for the payment surcharge, I keep getting this annoying error... Has anybody encountered...

Thank you so much for sharing your personal experience and confirming that in the worse case that we are unable to get both boarding passes for whatever reason, we can just check-in immediately upon arrival 👍

Awesome that's great to hear, looks like making sure I get both boarding passes is key during the MEL check-in. We will have a few days to spend with friends and family on our return from Seoul so would rather just stay within the Changi vicinity. Having a 10 month old and 3 year old does not...

I am redeeming through Velocity so unable to put them in the 1 booking for this itinerary. Not sure if calling the Velocity helpline to book is possible this way. But will ask the check-in counters nicely to see if they can help out :) Thanks!
