    I Agree! But that was Qantas' response. They took no responsibility when I spoke to them. I find it hard to believe they did not understand the issue.

    It happened 21 July 2018 and I noticed in early August 2018 and contacted Qantas then. We've been going back and forth since then.

    No I am not suggesting someone from Qantas stole the points but that somehow someone either employee or customer was able to get into the account and use the points for their flights.
