I was on QF2 on the 4th. My IFE screen was splattered by what I assume was a drink. This was after 12 hours it spends on the ground in LHR. So if they can't even wile down a IFE screen from a very obvious splash. Then there is no hope they are cleaning anything on the plane throughly

Yep, all we can tell here is that there are at least 9 seats available in each class. However ... given high availability in lower buckets. Would indicate there are much more empty seats than 9.

Thank you all. Looking good for the QF35, which will be good as a 3:30am wakeup for BNE-MEL (before MEL-SIN-LHR). A little sleep there will do well if there is space. I should be able to sleep in 66G, just pray there is no crying infant :( Can't wait for that first good coffee in the QF...

Anyone see the loads for QF36 (22 Feb) and QF35 (09 Mar)? Looking at the seat map this far out, seems that downstairs Y is almost vacant (70%+ empty) I have 66G (bulkhead) on QF36 and 35K (upper deck exit - window) on QF35 (this was a freebie exit row Qantas put me in due to schedule change)...

Yay for Qantas auto rebooking! This was booked on DSC (originally QF37 MEL-SIN). Will QF fix the BNE-MEL on their own, or do I need to call?

They had the Brisbane incident this week as well. From reading it was at least 5 critical failures (2 pre check, 3 rolling checks).

:( Different OW flight so unlikely to work. Cheers tho.

@Eija may I please ask if you are a QF platinum, or via a different program. I am flying out on JAL from MEL at the same time you are in the QF F lounge. However guesting depends on how you earned status (QF must be on same flight, Other - any oneworld flight).
