Plat offers are still there but reserve hidden. I’ve seen this bug in the app before, and they came back in half an hour or so. Just saw a new BP offer so maybe it’s cause by Amex adding new offers into the accounts

Hopefully a rebrand of the Aus lounges to Centurion means we'll see a better quality lounge experience coming, especially for Mel which I feel has lagged behind Syd after their expansion

I read it as a car you own, as well as a rental car. Never had a breakdown in a rental, would / does the rental company provide the roadside assistance?

I don't think it's really marketed anywhere, but you can find details in the Platinum Insurance T&Cs - page 27 & 27. Roadside assistance is a nice benefit but useless for me because the vehicle has to be less than 8 years old...

The wording on the benefits page is interesting: Platinum Reserve Credit Card Benefits | AMEX Australia Seems like only affecting new card holders at the moment (and only those who hold a Plat / Cent card also?). Will wait and see, but as others have said hard to justify the Plat AF with $400...
