As an active accumulator/user of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program I am quite pleased that Qatar have been blocked from increasing flights in Australia. Qatar have blatantly discriminated against QFF'ers by severely restricting us from redeeming flights on their airline ...... so why should...
I am trying to look at a multi-city booking and the site keeps crashing with the most common meesage being;

I have never considered what would be the safest time to visit the supermarket and neither would the vast majority. Hwever, I certainly do agree with the previous poster Eastwest101's theory :)
I think some posters have gone way off track with this thread. My original question was why do we have to wear masks in airports when it is not a requirement in supermarkets?
I'm afraid I wont be travelling to NZ until they get rid of the requirement to test during the stay. Be blowed if I'm going to risk being locked in a hotel for 7 days!
The ridiculous requirement to wear masks in airports is another example of the hypocracy that still lingers from the Covid 19 outbreak.
I can understand the requirement on a flight, but an airport is no different to a supermarket or bar …… so to the people who love making rules ….. for heavens...
Not getting too excited by this. Omicron is spreading rapidly throughout NZ and yet we would have to be tested twice during a potential holiday. So, what happens if we test positive on ne of those tests while there? ……. locked down in a hotel for seven days?

Its a pity about Hong Kong as we have enjoyed a couple of great stopovers there when heading to Europe. But we wouldnt consider it now ... in the current political climate.
