I've just received a reply from TID. Apparently I am not eligible for a refund as my policy's cooling off period has expired. But they have offered me credit for a new policy to be used before 30 June 2021. I probably would have preferred a refund but at least I have 13 months to use the credit.

Thanks for the tip. I was supposed to be leaving on a 3 day cruise on 5 June and am insured with TID. I've just submitted a cancellation request. Will see what the outcome is.

Oops, my mistake. I've had another look. The points are there but the status credits directly underneath it are from BP.

I did a big (for me) Woolies shop at about lunchtime yesterday. I was about 200 points away from the 2k sweep. I spent about $60 and, combined with a 5x point offer, it got me over the line. The points and SCs were already in my account when I checked at about 6pm.

I also have a Cathay pack that looks to be the same vintage as mrsterryn's. Gets used on the odd occasion when young relatives come to visit and we play a game of Snap!

My 2000 points have also arrived.
