    Considering QF and Optus have a such a strong partnership with bonus points etc. I'd be surprised if they didn't use Optus for their SMS 2FA. We use a separate SMS messaging system here at work and they've also said they are down for all AU customers.

    Interesting. I got this email(s) yesterday and thought it had to do with the multiple enquiries I sent through for my PayPal auto renewal not showing up on the forums (still showing ads etc) But seems everyone on PayPal got it. And I'm still showing ads. 😂

    FYI for those playing at home - called support this morning. Reason points weren't deducted was because I was quoted the wrong amount of points for the reward tickets (??) so the ticket wasn't finalised. Lovely lady from NZ fixed it all within about 10min & confirmed it's off with ticketing now.
