Virgin Slow with points

I flew with virgin twice over a week ago yet the points and stud credit which would take me to Gold have not been processes yet is this often the case when you are changing levels ? I am flying again in 2 days with them.

I flew with virgin last week (2 flights ) and no SC's or points have been posted yet. Usually they post within 48 hours . I thought it must of been my account

Had 4 flights with delta linked to my velocity in the last week. Haven't received anything yet.. Thought it was just Delta taking ages to transfer

My last with VA posted next day, and the one prior to that was next day too (all NOV). However pooling from the Mrs on SQ took 8 days to appear. I'm assuming this was an SQ delay.

2 flights last week with VA- Mondays went in within 24hrs, flight on Friday hasn't credited yet.

Agree also, they take a while. Usually a couple of business days at least.

Also changing status levels doesn't seem to be auto-linked to the total of status credits listed i.e. I had a total greater than 1000 listed in my account for a couple of days before the status changed to Plat.

Same issue here.

Since last Thursday I have flown NTL-MEL, MEL-BNE, BNE-MEL, BNE-MEL, MEL-PER and PER MEL and none of those flights have posted.

(the last one was so today so happy to cut some slack on that!).

Slow with points?........don't get me started with crediting of flights operated by Etihad!!!

Despite retro claims, I'm still waiting for VA flights operated by EY taken on Oct 31/Nov 1 from LHR-AUH-SYD to be credited to my account!!

Some of my flights have started crediting. Some haven't. Doesn't appear to be any pattern. I will give it a few days and make a retro claim if it comes to that.

Flew last Thursday MEL-CBR, back again and no points yet. Flew to SYD on Tuesday and back yesterday. No points as yet, I think they must be having issues.

I had a Virgin and Etihad flight same day both ey issued tickets virgin flight came up within 24 hours, waiting over 2 weeks for the Etihad flight and still isn't there...
