You can try submitting a help request via the Uber app - to delink the Uber<>Qantas account.
Then try to re-link again via the Qantas app.
When it is operational - the Qantas app will launch into the uber app - to book an uber trip. If it isnt working - it just loops back to the Qantas app home...
