Thanks Franky - actually later last night I decided to try messaging through FB and - lo and behold - received a reply within 15 minutes! I then responded and haven't yet heard back but at least someone is on it.

I have a classic rewards booking for Dec / Jan which is open jaw - MEL-AMS then BRU-SIN then KUL-MEL. I want to cancel the BRU-SIN leg(I have another better option) - is this possible without sacrificing my entire booking? The "Change/Manage" function on the website doesn't offer the option as...
