From what I have read, you can only transit through HKG if you are on an international flight - not domestic. I thought transit through SIN was for business travelers only?

Thanks Gremlin. I have found a flight from CAN to SYD, and my partner will need to iso in Sydney - hopefully the border restrictions will be eased prior to having to also iso in Perth... I appreciate everyone's help in this matter and a big thank you.

Great feedback. All criteria is met for entry into Australia and the g2g pass is currently processing (allows entry into WA). I’m trying to find routes from Shanghai/Guangzhou/Wuhan to Perth, with Perth being the entry port to Australia, to avoid the need to isolate twice.
