Well great news, I finally received a full refund. it certainly took a while and Jetstar didn’t exactly make it easy but they came through in the end. Now I am just waiting on a Cruise refund !!

Just updating the results. It’s been 15 days and still no refund. I phoned Jetstar for my 3rd time. The operator was nice enough and informed me the refund takes 14 business days so I’ll wait a bit longer. good news is I think it will definitely happen so worth the battle.
