Speaking of website issues ... tried many, many times to just book flights BNE-SYD-BNE via both QBR and Qantas.com. Error after error preventing completing the booking. Could not be bothered calling even with FFP status. Eventually gave up. Checked VA flights and their business class is like 65%...
