Loads of app issues. Example mate was not seeing flights but someone else's flights. Bigger concern is who is seeing their sensitive info? What happens if someone uses their info to change details? How is this even possible? Whoever is in charge of this mess should be escorted out of the...

unless said flight makes detour AFTER takeoff ('to pickup crew') and does not tell passengers until later...and you still miss your connecting flight as new flight gets there later than original delayed flight :-(

Reasonably orderly few days ago on qf1 in SYD. Cannot understand why this is so difficult. Most other countries manage this. Announce group, check BP, if wrong group, send to back of the queue regardless :cool: Heathrow has a somewhat efficient system where staff check then funnel into lanes...

Another data pt based on recent flights. KLM don't give you acecss to the forward most seats. Unlike with ba where they dont give access but checkin staff in oz can see all available seats. With BA it appears to be all but the bulkhead row from what I saw. Sadly on a different note, the KLM...
