So just to clarify, the fact that the laptop has now been used, and in my opinion I couldn't sell it for more than $900, doesn't matter?

I recently purchase a laptop in Australia for $1,289.00 and am flying to the UK on Sunday. Can I legally recover the GST on this (I will be taking the laptop back). I find the rules very confusing.

Hi Spongebob, can you please tell me how to go about accessing these records online? I had a look at the NAA website and on information to do with immigration, and it appeared that I would need to fill in an application form and wait for a call/email back.

I'll try everything after 1981 and then if any further digging required will contact the NAA.
