You're too quick. Take them a day or two to have your account number to deposit. I usually open acct day 1. Deposit day 3. Submit ato returns day 15. Check points day 3+ 31. Rollover immediately after points.

No, after you submit the ato voluntary contribution form tax deduction and get a confirmation from aus super just roll it over to your regular super (I have hostplus). No need to call anyone

I have done this 3 times last financial year. 350 personal contribution. Choose all cash option (lowest fee). Wait 2 months for 20K qantas points. Submit ato personal tax deduction. Roll over to hostplus. End result is net 280 rollover + 129 tax save (37%) and 20k points. Ended up making 59...
