Seems to be a problem with the Qantas App name matching the name on Covid vaccination certificate with name on QFF card. My card includes my title before my name. The QFF App apparently sees this as a name mismatch and rejects the certificate. Waiting on a response from Qantas .......

Hi everyone. I have found that email offers sent to me by Jetstar cause my Outlook email to freeze and become unresponsive when I try and open them. Doesn't happen with any other emails. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a solution?
