    Lounge Access Help Desk

Hello all, I'm booked to fly ADL-SYD-SFO; SFO-SAN; SAN-DFW-SYD-ADL as Qantas Platinum. Any advice on lounges at SFO (SFO-SAN is on Alaska, departing terminal 2)? It looks like there is separate security for each terminal, but what's not clear is whether there is inter-terminal transport located...

    Lounge Access Help Desk

The QF website says this isn't open on a Sunday morning, even though there is the 6AM QF162 flight to Sydney. Is this true or is the website information out of date?

    Lounge Access Help Desk

I'm in the MCO Plaza Premium Lounge in the new Terminal C. Was admitted as a OneWorld Emerald status-holder. It is pretty decent for MCO, probably a QF Club level. Small, though. Small selection of food and a full bar. Since it's new, it feels light and airy with the large glass frontage.

This was also the case at the LAX Flagship Lounge. Much appreciated.

    Lounge Access Help Desk

Is this general advice or DFW-specific advice? I know the terminals are rather far apart at DFW.

    Lounge Access Help Desk

Good advice, thanks. I've been to the QF lounge before, but hadn't realised that there was a CX F lounge. Or perhaps it is new since I was last there in early 2020.

In Terminal C, there is only the Plaza Premium. Terminal B has an Admirals Club and The Club, and Terminal A only has The Club. I think you should be able to access the Plaza Premium using your Plat Charge card. If you do, I'd be keen to know what you thought of it. Thanks!

    Lounge Access Help Desk

Just checked last year's (October) travel to the USA. I definitely used the LAX AA Flagship Lounge prior to a LAX-BOS flight in economy. This flight was on a separate booking to my MEL-LAX flight the previous day, and there was no onward international travel. Perhaps they took pity and admitted me.

    Lounge Access Help Desk

Thanks, just downloaded Loungebuddy. Was not aware of the domestic lounge exclusion that you mention. I've definitely been admitted to AA Admirals Club lounges when not in transit same day for an international sector. Forgot to mention that all travel is Economy (points upgrades requested...

Hello all I'd like some advice from the community about lounge access/preferences for the following travel. This is a oneworld RTW ticket organised via work. I have QF Platinum status and am not taking checked luggage. 9Apr23 QF670 ADL-MEL 0600-0750 (QC ADL lounge) 9Apr23 QF21 MEL-DFW...

    Qantas LAX First Lounge

Hello all, I called up the Qantas premium number to enquire about the LAX Qantas First Lounge and was told it is closed. I see from this thread that it was open earlier this month, so was wondering whether anyone had been more recently. Of course, I'm quite happy to believe that QF Customer...

Qantas Website won't let you pay!

After trying for two days on the Qantas website with the same error message that prevented me from completing the booking, I finally managed to successfully book the flight I wanted via Amex Travel. According to the conditions, this should be honoured for the double status credit offer, as it is...

Qantas Pub Sydney - no more takeaway coffee cups

I can report that Qantas Business Lounge was giving out takeaway cups this morning. Perhaps they had temporarily run out? Having said that, I must admit to being a fan of the ceramic cups. Much more civilised ;)
