i fly on one of those regularly and we do get SC, but only 3/4 of sale fare, which ends up being 1/3 as normal flights are always booked flex fare. This is a recent development though, i think before covid there was no SC earn on them.

Mmh, very interesting indeed. This flight is just an ordinary flight but always has a ton of FIFO people on it. I looked up the seat map on expert flyer (attached). Will try 80hr rule, otherwise phone call to the Plat Line see if they can help.

Hi all, i tried booking a codeshare flight earlier and clicked the start over button at the payment stage to see if I was able to add a hotel to the booking (I wasn't). I already selected seats. Now the flight is showing up in my bookings with a reference number and all and I can't select those...

I'd rather be able to use it at harvey norman than qantas offers tbh. Still won't be able to use my travel credit until i am able to fly internationally again, and that won't be any time soon by the looks of it (WA based)

This is bad news for me since i (try to) get reward flights once a year going home to germany flying business or first. Although i gotta say it has become infenitly more difficult to get reward seats to europe after qantas introduced the PER-LHR direct flights to begin with. For me anyway.

I won't be using it. Don't really have any issues with it, seems safe enough to use from a privacy perspective ignoring all the tinfoil hat conspiracy theories - however i don't think there is a point here in WA. Would make sense if you are in a very densely populated area though.
