Just spoke to Qantas Money on the phone and spoke to a supervisor who confirmed that QFF only backdates for flights. For bonuses through card spent, it uses the date it gets added to the account. So it's 6-8 weeks time. No go for me. :(

When a membership year ends, is Qantas resetting the SC back to 0 but letting you keep the status like before? All this is helping us to retain our status but I think there's going to be minimal flying in 2021-2022 which makes me wonder how I'm going to retain Platinum, even with the extra 600 SC.

Does anyone find it odd that you can't request for vegan, no sodium or no added sugar options on Qantas? I find their food incredibly salty and I never eat on business class flights. I can only preselect meals which are all unsuitable. Is there something I'm missing?
