T-5 days. I gave up on the award availability and the travel budget was there for it. So at the end of the call they made me send in a few screenshots while on the line and they said it should be there in a few days. not a bad outcome.

Yep flown and not received. Raised it with the FF team who are looking into it. PNR did change and no one knows why. Original booking was through work TA and I upgraded myself so it looks like the CSA split the PNR from the original to make the change.

I booked in the stated window for DSC earlier this year. I then had the ticket reissued as I paid for an upgrade to F. They don't know if I should get the original DSC (620 - J ticket) or double the new F ones. anyone had experience here? Two days without a reply when I had the 'end of the day'...

Thanks. Long time lurker, usually on the EK FlyerTalk board but much more QF travel this year as work has shifted towards USA.

I'm finding at the moment it is a leap up from the current 388 J and so I'm willing to blow the 50k points for an upgrade. That said my inbound next week is LAX-BNE and I find the new J great trans pacific option.

I'm on QF11 tomorrow morning in a full F cabin. I'm wondering what to expect as far as service goes...

Currently in SYD F and the chicken salad is excellent! No off menu Champagne today though.
