Good luck! I’ve tried emailing twice, once they replied with the generic “up to 4 weeks after flight” (which it had been), and then they’ve still not replied to my last one. Issue seems widespread, sounds like they’re really struggling with this one.

I think most have their review date set to 28 Feb, so if you take the offer up in March that'll go towards your next year I'm planning to do ~400SC in March through this offer soon after my review date, which is halfway to WP renewal :)

Darn it, I fly out of BNE international next month. It would have been nice to sit down and have somewhere quiet to work. Although the options at BNE have never been great, even pre-pandemic. I remember before a flight to LAX, there was a tiny little lounge that felt like a pop-up in the middle...

I emailed the WP team for flights taken on 14th and 16th and received this canned response I did activate before booking, so it looks as though they are having IT issues with the promo. Goes without saying... it would have been nice if the agent made a little effort to look up the booking ref...

Just noticed Bali is the perfect place to fly for a status run. It's *just* long enough to fall into the highest tier, so you'd get 280 SC in total flying return in J!

Once you find a reward on United, go to the VA website to book the same flight using your VFF pts Sometimes the stock won’t match exactly and there’s less availability for codeshare partners, but I’ve found so far VA has all the same rewards as United

Use the United website to search for rewards. It’s much easier and shows you availability in a 30 day calendar
